  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not guarantee a refund for the current billing period.
  • Services remain active until the end of the paid period unless terminated earlier due to policy violations.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided once a service is activated

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

    • Service was not provisioned after successful payment
    • Duplicate or excess payment was made
    • Technical issues caused complete service unavailability
