Welcome to Kelmora Cloud (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.


1. Services Offered

Kelmora Cloud provides cloud-based services including, but not limited to:

  • Game server hosting
  • VPS and cloud infrastructure
  • Digital service subscriptions
  • Related technical and support services

All services are provided digitally and delivered electronically.


2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Have legal parental/guardian consent

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.


3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.


4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree and other authorized payment gateways
  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise
  • Services are billed in advance
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

We do not store card or UPI details on our servers.


5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

    • Service unavailability
    • Billing errors
    • Duplicate payments

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.


6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Hosting malware, phishing, or scams
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Copyright infringement
  • Content that violates Indian law or international regulations

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.


7. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Business loss
  • Downtime caused by third-party providers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kelmora Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last billing cycle

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services without notice if Terms are violated
  • Terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

Users may terminate their account at any time via the dashboard.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Kelmora Cloud. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.


11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
